The ‘Grande Cuvée’ Crémant is crafted from an equal blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir and released as a pure Brut without any liqueur d’expédition, showcasing its pure varietal expression.
The base wine matures in barrique, gaining refined structure, subtle toasted nuances, and depth. Following the second fermentation in the bottle, the Crémant rests for an additional three years on the lees, developing remarkable complexity, creaminess, and an exceptionally fine mousse. The result is an elegant, expressive Crémant with layered aromas and a long, harmonious finish.
